Precious is a brand of KN Agro Concepts, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) food business based in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. We manufacture and retail wood cold pressed oils (sesame, groundnut, and coconut) under FSSAI registration. Our FSSAI licence number is displayed on all product labels.

2. Products
All Precious products are food items manufactured in compliance with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. Product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information on this website are provided in good faith and updated regularly. However, we recommend checking the physical product label for the most current information, as formulations may be updated.
Our cold pressed oils are natural food products. Colour, aroma, and minor sediment variation between batches is normal and does not indicate a defect. Cold pressed coconut oil solidifies below approximately 24°C — this is a characteristic of genuine unrefined coconut oil, not a quality issue.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders placed on www.precious.farm are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays beyond our control. We will notify you of significant delays where possible.
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Precious products are manufactured in compliance with FSSAI food safety standards. However, individual responses to food products vary. If you have a known allergy or intolerance — including to groundnuts, sesame, or coconut — please consult your doctor before consuming our products. Our groundnut and sesame oils are made from these seeds and are not suitable for people with relevant allergies.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, KN Agro Concepts’ liability for any claim arising from a purchase on this website is limited to the value of the order placed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
