At Precious, we take pride in the quality of every bottle we make. Our wood cold pressed oils are produced fresh in small batches in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, and we stand behind them. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
If you believe there is a quality issue with any Precious product — unusual smell, colour, taste, or visible contamination — please reach out to us immediately. We take quality complaints seriously and will investigate every case. Where a quality issue is confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
If you have received an unopened product in its original sealed condition and wish to return it, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return pickup and issue a refund once the product is received and inspected. Return shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.
Precious products are food items. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be accepted as returns unless a genuine quality concern is raised.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at preciousharvests@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 93610 08858 and we will do our best to stop the shipment.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when raising a return request.
