- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup mixed grapes (green and black)
- 1 orange, segmented
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils

- 2 tbsp honey
- A few mint leaves for garnish
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve custard powder in 4 tbsp cold milk and set aside.
- Heat remaining milk in a pan over medium flame until it begins to steam.
- Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour in the custard mixture slowly, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes until the custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
- Remove from flame and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Wash, peel, and cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large serving bowl, layer the chilled custard over the mixed fruits.
- Drizzle honey on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving.
Chef's Tip: The custard sets best when cooled gradually. For extra richness, use full-cream milk. This dish needs no oil, making it a perfectly light dessert.
Cook with authentic cold pressed oils — the difference is in every bite.
